Counselling in Balewadi–Baner
ADHD Counselling for Adults in Baner, Pune
ADHD counselling at SafeMind in Baner–Balewadi, Pune helps adults build systems for focus, time, organisation and emotional regulation, using CBT-based strategies. We support adults with ADHD or suspected ADHD; diagnosis and medication come from a psychiatrist.
Adult ADHD often shows up as missed deadlines, forgotten tasks, restlessness, impulsive decisions, lost items, or intense frustration with yourself. Many adults go years without knowing why everyday organisation feels so much harder for them.
Counselling cannot replace a medical assessment, but it can help a lot with the day-to-day: designing routines that work with your brain, managing time and priorities, reducing overwhelm and handling the shame and emotional intensity that often come with ADHD.
