Counselling in Balewadi–Baner
Depression Counsellor in Baner, Pune
A depression counsellor offers a safe space to talk about low mood, exhaustion and loss of interest, and helps you rebuild routine, perspective and energy through CBT-based support. At SafeMind in Baner–Balewadi, Pune, sessions are available in person and online for adults.
Depression is more than a bad week. It can look like persistent sadness, but also like numbness, irritability, poor sleep, low energy, difficulty concentrating or losing interest in things you used to enjoy. It is common, and it is treatable.
Counselling helps you understand what is feeding the low mood, challenge the thoughts that keep it going and take small, realistic steps back towards the things that matter to you. If you also need medical support, we will coordinate with a psychiatrist.

What are the common signs of depression?
Low mood, loss of interest, tiredness, sleep and appetite changes, difficulty concentrating, and feeling hopeless or worthless. If these last more than two weeks, consider talking to a professional.
